Drop2Shop is our trusted returns partner for customers in the Republic of Ireland (ROI). They provide an easy way to send your return back to us using participating convenience stores, including:
- Spar
- Mace
- Londis
You can choose whichever location is nearest or most convenient for you.
How to Return Your Items Using Drop2Shop
Simply follow their step-by-step process, starting with selecting Ann Summers as the retailer you're returning products to on their returns portal.
Enter the order number with the format IN-INT-123456789 (replacing the number element with your own order number)
- Complete the returns form.
- Package your items securely.
- Purchase your Drop2Shop returns postage
- Drop off your parcel at your selected store, using your QR code.
- Ask for proof of postage, to help with tracking.
What’s Included in the Drop2Shop Fee?
Your fee includes:
- The full cost of returning your parcel.
- All customs paperwork - Drop2Shop handles this automatically, you won’t need to complete any customs forms yourself.
Can I Track My Return?
Partially - tracking is available from your drop off location to the Dublin warehouse only.
What you can track
- Your parcel from the convenience store to Ann Summers’ Dublin depot.
What you can’t track:
- The Dublin to UK warehouse leg - this part of the journey doesn’t generate further tracking updates.
Expected timeframes:
- 5 working days for the parcel to travel from Dublin to our UK warehouse.
- 10 working days for us to process your return once it reaches the warehouse.
- The first update you’ll receive from us will be your refund confirmation email, up to 15 working days after your parcel arrives in Dublin.
- Your refund may take an additional 5 working days to appear on your original payment method.
Refunds are processed by Global‑e, our international payments partner.
If You Haven’t Been Refunded Yet
Returned items can take up to 20 business days for the full refund to appear in your account. This includes:
- Time for your parcel to travel from your drop off location, to Dublin and then to our UK warehouse.
- Inspection and approval by our Returns Teams that the return complies with our Returns + Exchanges policy.
- The refund being made by us to your payment provider.
- Your payment provider sending the funds back to your original payment method.
If the refund hasn’t been received after 20 business days, please contact Global‑e so they can investigate this for you.
