No matter what you order, we use plain, heavy‑duty packaging to make sure your items arrive safely and privately.

Depending on the size of your order, your parcel will arrive in:

Plain, heavy‑duty padded envelopes, or
Plain, heavy‑duty cardboard boxes.

There is no Ann Summers branding, logos or identifiable markings on the outside or inside of the packaging.

The only labels attached will be:

The courier’s consignment label, and
Any labels required for legal or regulatory compliance (for example, if an item contains batteries, a small battery‑safety label may be applied).
