Where You Can Use One4All and Chip & PIN Cards
- Both One4All Gift Cards and One4All Chip & PIN cards can be redeemed in any Ann Summers store.
- These cards work like pre‑paid Visa cards, so the card reader will treat them just like a regular payment card.
Depending on the type of card you have, you’ll either swipe it or insert and enter your PIN.
How Your Gift Card Works
- You can spend your One4All Gift Card in any Ann Summers store.
- You’ll need to know the balance before shopping, as our team can’t check this in store.
- For balance queries, simply visit www.one4all.com/help
Can I buy something worth more than the balance?
Yes, absolutely.
- Just let the team member know the exact amount on your One4All Gift Card.
- They’ll process that amount first.
- You can pay the remaining balance using cash or another card.
Can I top up my One4All Gift Card?
- No - One4All Gift Cards can only be loaded once.
- Once the balance has been used, the card can’t be topped up again.
If a store isn’t sure how to process it
Our teams are trained to process One4All cards, but if anyone isn’t sure, it’s very easy:
- The card should be swiped like a standard debit or credit card.
- Make sure you know your balance, as we can’t check this in store.

If your card didn’t work in store
A few things are worth double-checking:
- Make sure you know the correct balance, and that it covers the amount you're spending.
- Check that the card hasn’t expired — you’ll find a Valid Thru date printed on the front.

Activating Your Chip & PIN Card
Before you can spend it, your Chip & PIN card must be activated.
- Activate your card following the instructions provided with it.
- You’ll receive a confirmation by SMS / text once everything is verified.
Where to find your PIN
- Your PIN is sent to you by text message once your card is activated and verified.
- Keep this text safe - you’ll need it to complete purchases.
How to use the card in store
- Insert your card into the payment terminal.
- Enter the PIN you received by text.
- The payment will be processed just like any other Chip & PIN card.
Checking your Chip & PIN balance
To check your remaining balance:
- Visit the official One4All balance checker.
- Enter your full card number and the CVV from the back of the card.
Are Chip & PIN cards contactless?
- No - these cards are not contactless.
- Always insert the card and enter the PIN.
- Don’t swipe the card through the reader.
