Why Your Refund Was Returned to a Gift Card
When an order is originally paid for using a gift card, any refund is always returned to that same gift card. This helps keep your refund secure and makes sure it’s processed correctly.
If You No Longer Have the Original Gift Card
If the card has been misplaced, thrown away, or simply isn’t accessible anymore:
- Please reach out to our Customer Services team.
- If the original gift card was registered, we can replace it for you.
- The replacement card will include the correct refunded balance.
There’s nothing to worry about - we’ll take care of the replacement as long as the registration details match.
If the Gift Card Wasn’t Registered
If the card wasn’t registered, we may not be able to retrieve the details. However, you’re still encouraged to contact us - we’ll gladly check what we can do and guide you through your options.
