Using Gift Cards In Store
When shopping in one of our Ann Summers stores:
- You can use as many gift cards as you like in a single transaction.
- This is completely flexible, so feel free to combine multiple cards to complete your purchase.
Using Gift Cards Online
When shopping on annsummers.com and shipping to the UK:
- You can use up to three gift cards in a single online transaction.
- If you have more than three cards, you may wish to consolidate balances in store before ordering online.
Where Ann Summers Gift Cards Cannot Be Used
Based on our Gift & Refund Card Terms:
1. Gift cards bought or shipped within the UK
These cannot be used:
- In Republic of Ireland stores
- On any products designated for international shipping (including ROI)
2. Gift cards bought, issued or shipped to the Republic of Ireland
These cannot be used:
- Online at annsummers.com
- In UK stores
- For any orders delivered outside the Republic of Ireland
3. Gift cards cannot be used on certain checkout methods
Online, gift cards cannot be used together with:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal Express
4. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
They must be used against products only — no cash withdrawals or cash‑back.
5. Gift cards cannot be used with other retailers
They cannot be redeemed:
- On partner sites
- Through third‑party retailers (e.g., ASOS, Debenhams, Amazon, Boots, Very, etc.)
