Why Registering Your Gift Card Matters
To keep your balance safe, we always recommend registering your gift card. It only takes a moment and gives you an extra layer of protection if anything unexpected happens.
If Your Registered Gift Card Goes Missing
If your gift card has been registered and it becomes lost, stolen or damaged:
- Please get in touch with Customer Services as soon as possible - this can enable us to sort the issue before someone finds + uses your card.
- We’ll issue you a new gift card free of charge.
- Your remaining balance will be transferred onto the new card.
There’s nothing extra you need to do — we’ll take care of the replacement for you and make sure your balance is protected.
If Your Gift Card Wasn’t Registered
If the gift card wasn’t registered before it went missing, was stolen, or became damaged:
- We're really sorry, but we’re unable to replace the card.
- Unregistered cards can’t be reissued because we can’t securely confirm the original balance.
