Ways to Check Your Gift Card Balance

- We always recommend registering the gift card as soon as you receive it.
- If you’ve registered your gift card and it goes missing, is stolen or damaged, we’ll issue you with a new card free of charge and pre-loaded with your outstanding balance.
- If you haven't registered your gift car and it goes missing, is stolen, or damaged, we're sorry but the card can't be replaced.
1. Use the Online Balance Checker
- Visit the Ann Summers gift card balance check tool through your web browser.
- Enter your gift card number and PIN exactly as shown on the card, and complete the security check.
- Select Check Balance to view the updated amount.
This is the fastest way to check, and it works beautifully on mobile.
2. Check In‑Store
- Visit any Ann Summers store.
- Present your physical or digital gift card at the till.
- A team member will happily check the balance for you.
