Where You Can Use an Ann Summers Gift Card

- Gift cards cannot be used with Apple Pay, PayPal Express, or for orders delivered outside the UK.
Redeeming Your Gift Card Online
Using your gift card online is simple, and I’ll walk you through it step by step.
Step 1: Go to Checkout
- Add your items to your basket as normal.
- When you reach the payment stage, look for the option labelled “Got a Gift Card?”.
Step 2: Enter Your Gift Card Details
- Tap Got a Gift Card? when you get to selecting a payment method.
- Enter your gift card number.
- Enter your PIN, which you’ll find under the scratch‑off panel on the back of the card.
- Select Apply to add the balance to your order.
Gift Card balance not enough to cover the full amount?
If your gift card doesn’t cover the full amount:
- The system will automatically show the remaining balance to pay.
- You can pay the rest with another payment method available at checkout.
There’s no need to split the payment yourself - the checkout will guide you through it smoothly.
Redeeming Your Gift Card In Store
Using your gift card in store is quick and straightforward:
- Simply hand your gift card to a member of the team at the till.
- They’ll process it just like any standard payment card.
- If your purchase costs more than the amount available on the gift card, you can pay the rest with cash or another card.
If you’re unsure of your remaining balance, that’s absolutely fine - you can still use the card.
