I'd like to make a change to my order
Unfortunately, we're not able to make any changes to your order once it's been placed. We may, however, be able to cancel your order or ask the courier to return the parcel back to us.
I'd like to cancel my order
If you need us to cancel your order, we may be able to prevent it leaving our warehouse. However, this is usually only possible within the first 30 minutes of the order being placed.
If your order has already been dispatched, there are two options:
- We can ask the courier to 'Return to Sender'. This means the courier won't attempt delivery and instead, they'll return it back to us. Please click here for the all the information.
- Alternatively, you can take receipt of the parcel and the arrange a return using our free returns service. Please click here for all the information.
Once the order is received back at our warehouse, we'll process a refund for you. Please note, it can take up to 20 working days for your order to be received, processed and refunded.
