At the moment, we don’t offer eGift cards or digital gift cards.
What Gift Cards Are Available?
- Ann Summers gift cards are physical gift cards only.
- You can buy a physical gift card:
- Online, or
- In store.
If You Buy a Gift Card Online
- When purchased online, your gift card will be sent as a physical card by post.
- Once your gift card leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a “Your Order On Its Way” email containing your tracking information.
- You can use this tracking to:
- Check delivery progress.
- See when your gift card is expected to arrive.
If Your Tracking Hasn’t Updated
- If the tracking hasn’t updated for a few days and you’d like us to check this for you:
- Please contact our Customer Services team, and we’ll be happy to look into it.
If You Buy a Gift Card In Store
- Physical gift cards are available to purchase directly in any Ann Summers store.
- You’ll receive the gift card immediately at the till.
Important: Be Aware of Gift Card Scams
- If you are asked to buy an Ann Summers eGift card, or
- If someone offers to sell you a digital Ann Summers gift card,
this is very likely to be a scam.
We do not sell digital or email‑delivered gift cards, and we would never ask customers to purchase gift cards as part of a payment request, refund, or support interaction.
