Returns on Purchases from Ann Summers Stores or Orders Shipped to the UK
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items for free within 28 days of purchase, as long as they meet the conditions of our policy (e.g. unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags, labels and hygiene and security seals intact (where applicable)).

This applies whether you bought your items online to be shipped to a UK address or in one of our UK stores. If you purchased online or in another store, please scroll down to the relevant section.
Understanding Which Items Can Be Returned
Because so many of our products are intimate by nature - and because many items are sealed for hygiene protection - we’ve provided clear, detailed guidance to help you understand which items can be returned and in what condition.
This includes:
- What we class as “resaleable condition”.
- How packaging, security + hygiene seals, tags and labels affect eligibility.
- When exceptions apply (such as faulty products still within warranty).

A Note on Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or develops a fault:
- Toys have a 12‑month warranty.
- All other products can be returned within a reasonable period.
We’ll refund or replace the faulty item once it has been inspected.
If You Have Changed Your Mind
- You can return eligible items within 28 days of purchase under our goodwill guarantee.
- Items must be returned in a re‑saleable condition, in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Some products are subject to additional hygiene requirements, which may affect whether a return is accepted.
- Please check the Returns & Exchanges Policy before exploring a return, as this will avoid your return being rejected when it reaches out warehouse.
