We Don’t Offer Online Exchanges
We’re not able to process exchanges online. However, you can easily exchange any online purchase in one of our Ann Summers stores.
When You Can Exchange an Item In Store
You can exchange your item:
- Within 28 days of purchase.
- As long as it meets the conditions in our Returns Policy.
(for example, unworn, unused, with hygiene seals, labels and packaging intact where required).
Just pop into your nearest store and our team will take care of you.
What to Bring With You
To help our store colleagues process your exchange smoothly, please bring:
- Your original payment card; and
- Your proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).
This helps us match your order and offer the right exchange.
What We Can Exchange In Store
For online purchases, our stores can offer a like‑for‑like exchange, such as:
- A different size, or
- A different colour of the same item
If You Paid With Clearpay, Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay
If you used any of these payment methods:
- We can only offer an exchange in store.
- Refunds must be processed through our normal online returns process (as stores cannot issue refunds back to these payment methods)
