Returning Items for a Refund or Exchange
- You’re welcome to return items for either a refund or an exchange within 28 days of purchase, as long as you have your order confirmation email or a valid receipt and the item(s) comply with our returns policy.
- If you’d like an exchange, this can be done in any of our stores.
- Exchanges aren’t available online - you must go to one of our stores.
How Refunds Work When You Paid With a Gift Card
If you return an item that was originally paid for with a gift card:
- Your refund will always go back to the same gift card used for the original purchase.
- Because of this, it’s important to keep your gift card until you’re certain you’re happy with your order.
If you no longer have the original gift card
- If the card was registered, our Customer Services team can issue a replacement so you can access your refunded balance.
- If the card wasn’t registered, we’ll still do our best to help you understand your options.
In‑Store Returns Without a Receipt
If you return an item to a store and you paid with a gift card but don’t have a receipt:
- We’ll issue your refund onto a refund card.
- Refund cards are valid for 12 months from activation and can be used in the same way as a standard gift card.
