If You Ordered Online
You have two simple ways to recover your order details:
1. Check Your My Account Page
If you placed your order while signed in, you can view all your order information directly in My Account, including:
- Order numbers.
- Tracking numbers.
- Items ordered.
- Delivery details.
This is the quickest way to recover everything you need for a return, exchange or refund.
2. Contact Customer Services
If the order isn’t showing in your account or you checked out as a guest:
- Our Customer Services team can help retrieve your details.
- We can provide what you need to complete your return or query, such as order numbers or tracking information.
If You Purchased In Store
If your item was bought in store:
- We are not able to recreate or reprint store receipts.
- This may limit what we can offer in terms of returns, exchanges or refunds, as proof of purchase is required in many cases.
What you can do
If you're seeking this information in order to progress a return, then we encourage you to return to the store where the item was purchased. Store colleagues can review the item(s) and advise what options are available based on:
- The product.
- Its condition.
- The current selling price.
- Whether it qualifies for exchange or refund under our Returns Policy.
