Where to find My Account?
You can access your account by tapping on the person icon at the top of any page. You'll be taken to the My Account page where you can either sign in or create an account.
What are the steps to sign in?
Add your email address and enter your password, then tap Sign In (hot tip: if you're on a personal device, why not tick "Remember me" to avoid needing to recall the information in future).
Why have an account with us?
Having an account with us is a great way of seeing yor order history, personal details, address book (for saved delivery addresses), and saving that all important wishlist(s).
Password issues?
Getting in to your account should be really straightforward. If not, it's worth checking the following:
- You've got an account: you’ll need to register your details by creating an account.
- If you've forgotten your password: click "forgot password?" just above the sign-in button, confirm your email and then we'll send you an emai to reset it.

Autofill / password manager issues
- Tap the email/password fields and select Passwords above the keyboard to choose the correct saved login

Password reset email not arriving?
- Check Junk, Spam, and Promotions folders in your iPhone Mail app, then request another reset.

Using the wrong email
- On the sign in screen, tap the email field and manually type the address you used when creating the account.

Website not loading properly
- Swipe up from the bottom, close Safari, reopen it, and reload the sign‑in page.

Clear cache & cookies
- On iPhone Safari: go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, then try signing in again.

Try a different browser
- Download Chrome or Firefox from the App Store and attempt to sign in there.
