Thank you for choosing Click & Collect. Here’s a clear overview of what happens next, so you know exactly when your order is ready to pick up and what to bring with you.
1. Order Confirmation Email
As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order and are getting everything ready.
If you've not received this, please check your spam or junk folders as sometimes email providers will redirect it there.
If that's not the case, then it may be because there's a typo in the email address provided. Please contact our Customer Services team who can help fix this with you.
2. Your Order Is On Its Way
Once your order has been picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you another email titled Your Order Is On Its Way.
This is simply to let you know your parcel is now travelling to your chosen store - it will not contain tracking information.
3. Your Parcel Arrives at the Store
When your package reaches your selected Ann Summers store, our team will scan it into the system.
That scan triggers an automatic update so we can notify you right away.
4. You Receive an SMS Collection Notification
You'll receive an email - and an automated SMS (if you opted in) - confirming that your order is now ready to collect in store.
This message is your signal that everything is prepared and waiting for you.
5. What to Bring When Collecting
To collect your order, please bring:
- Your payment card used for the order, or
- A valid photo ID in the name of the person the order is addressed to
(e.g. debit/credit card, driving licence, passport, or another official ID)
This helps us keep your order safe and secure.
