How Click & Collect Works
- Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout.
- Your parcel will arrive at your chosen Ann Summers store.
- You’ll receive an email or text message (if you opted in for SMS) as soon as your order is ready to collect.
Please note:
There’s currently no tracking available for Click & Collect orders while they’re on their way to store.
Click & Collect Standard (3–5 Working Days)
- Place your order online and choose Click & Collect at checkout.
- Your order will arrive at your selected Ann Summers store within 3–5 working days.
- You’ll receive an email or SMS (if opted in) as soon as your parcel is ready to collect.
Please note:
Standard Click & Collect orders cannot be tracked while they are travelling to the store.
Click & Collect Express (Next-Day Collection)
Click & Collect Express is available in select stores and will appear as an option at checkout only if your chosen store offers it.
How it works
- Order online before the daily cut‑off time.
- Your order will arrive in your chosen store the next working day.
- You’ll receive an email or text message as soon as your parcel is ready to collect.
If Click & Collect Express is available at a nearby store, you’ll see Click & Collect Express listed as a delivery option during checkout.
What You Need to Bring to Collect Your Order
To keep your order secure, please bring:
- Proof of purchase - your order confirmation email or text message.
- Your payment card - we need to verify the card used to place the order.
- Photo ID - such as:
- Passport (UK or internationally issued)
- UK photocard driving licence
- Provisional driving licence
- PASS‑accredited ID card (e.g., CitizenCard, Validate UK card)
- MOD/Defence ID card
- Blue Badge (with photo)
- Biometric residence permit
- National identity card (for customers from EU/EEA issuing countries)
Paid with PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay?
Photo ID is especially important if you paid with these methods.
If Someone Else Is Collecting for You
That’s perfectly fine. They’ll need:
- Your proof of purchase, and
- Their own valid photo ID (passport or driving licence).
Store Availability
Click & Collect is available in most Ann Summers stores.
Please note that Click & Collect Standard is not currently available in:
- Cork.
- Dublin Henry Street.
- Wardour Street.
Click & Collect Express availability varies by location and will be shown at checkout if offered at a nearby store.
