A well-fitting bra can improve your posture, reduce discomfort, and give you the confidence to move freely. On the other hand, the wrong-size bra can lead to back pain, digging straps, slipping bands, and the annoying need to constantly make adjustments; things that many women quietly put up with for years, but shouldn’t have to.
Whether it’s due to age, lifestyle, hormones or circumstances, your bra size isn’t static. The truth is our bodies change. That’s why we offer a free, bra-fitting service in each and every one of our stores. We want you to find your perfect fit, again and again.

We want you to feel supported and confident whilst you’re finding the right bra size, so our service is designed to be calm, welcoming, and helpful. We offer:

What to Expect During a Bra Fitting
If you’re unsure about your bra-size and find online bra-sizing charts confusing, our staff are on-hand to make the process of finding your perfect fit simple and comfortable for you.
During your bra fitting, you’ll have access to:
- A private fitting room for your comfort.
- An experience fit specialist who will listen to you without any judgement or pressure to purchase.
- A tailored fitting based on your body shape, and preferences.
- Guidance on styles that work for you and your body.
- Our specialists will never touch and don’t use a tape measure, your bra fitting is carried out by sight and questions during the fitting.
We advise you arrive for a fitting wearing a bra. If you’re not wearing one, our experts will make a visual assessment to establish a rough size when trying our bras. From there, you’ll be fitted in one of our fitting rooms, where you’ll be asked to remove any top layer clothing but remain in your bra.
Our experts will observe visually how your current bra fits whether well or poorly, to make an accurate assessment on size. They will then encourage you try on a few of our bra styles and/or sizes to find the right shape and fit to suit your body shape and preferences.
Our experts will ask to observe each size and/or style on you to help identify where the fits are poor/good. This may include adjusting straps and checking the fit of the under band.

After Your Fitting
Once you have your accurate bra measurements, you can:
- Ask for advice on styles, support levels, or fit preferences.
- Return for another fitting at any time, especially if your size or needs change. We recommend people return every 6 months for up-to-date measuremens.
