Yes - someone else can collect your Click & Collect order for you. We know plans change, and it’s absolutely fine to send someone on your behalf.
What They’ll Need to Bring
To keep your order secure, the person collecting your parcel must bring:
- Your proof of purchase (your Order Confirmation email or collection notification), and
- Their own valid photo ID such as a passport or photo driving licence
This helps our store colleagues confirm they’re authorised to collect the order safely.
Can I Send My Own Courier to Collect My Click & Collect Order?
- It is technically possible for you to arrange your own courier (for example, an Uber driver) to collect your order on your behalf.
- However, this is not something we recommend.
Things to Consider
- The person collecting your order would need to show your proof of purchase.
- Sharing this information effectively removes the discreet nature of your order.
- We’re unable to control or guarantee the handling of your order once a third‑party courier is involved.
- This means that if anything goes wrong, we will not be able to support you. For example:
- The courier does not deliver your order.
- The order is lost after collection.
- The parcel or products are damaged before you receive them.
- The courier opens or interferes with the packaging.
- In these situations, we would not be able to provide replacements, refunds, or compensation, as the order has been handed over to a third party arranged by the customer.
Recommended Option
- If you’d prefer your order to be collected by someone else, we recommend:
- Asking a trusted person to collect it for you
- Ensuring they have the required details to complete the collection smoothly
