1. Typos or incorrect characters
Why it happens:
Promo codes must be entered exactly as shown - one incorrect letter, number or spacing will stop it working. The whole code, not part of it.
How to avoid it:
- Copy + paste the code directly from the source.
- Double‑check for extra spaces before or after the code.
- Make sure similar characters aren’t mixed up (e.g. O vs 0).
1b. Have You Entered the Full Code Correctly?
- Make sure you enter the full promotional code, including any prefixes or special wording.
- Codes are usually case‑sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
- Some offers, such as new customer discounts, may include a prefix like “WELCOME‑” at the start of the code.
- If you only enter part of the code (for example, just the letters and numbers without “WELCOME‑”), the code will not work.
2. The code has expired
Why it happens:
Promo codes must be used before 23:59 on the expiry date. After that, the code becomes invalid.
