Orders to the UK
Delivery timeframes
- Standard Delivery: up to 3 working days (Monday-Saturday).
- Express Delivery: Next working day (Monday-Saturday).
These timeframes start once your order has been dispatched, not from the point of ordering.
Tracking your order
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a “Your Order Is On Its Way” email. If you haven't received this email check your spam / junk folders.
This email includes:
- Your 16‑digit Evri tracking number.
- A link to track your parcel via the Evri website or the Evri app.
Not going to be in when delivery is scheduled?
- If you're not going to be in when your order is due to arrive, you can divert it or nominate a safe location on Evri's website or their App.

Your Order Hasn't Arrived When You Expected?
- We understand how important it is for your delivery to arrive on time. While our delivery partners aim to meet the timeframes shown at checkout, delays can occasionally happen.
- Before contacting us, please allow an additional 2–3 working days beyond your original delivery estimate.
- If your Express delivery doesn’t arrive on time, we’re happy to refund your delivery charge. Just reach out to our Customer Services team and we’ll take care of that for you.
- If your order still hasn’t arrived please contact our Customer Services team so we can support you further.
Orders to the Republic of Ireland (ROI)
Delivery timeframe
- Standard Delivery: up to 6-10 working days (Monday-Friday).
This timeframe start once your order has been dispatched.

This email includes:
- Your tracking number.
- A link to track your parcel via the courier's website.

Orders to an address outside of the UK or Republic of Ireland (ROI)?
Orders delivered outside the UK or Republic of Ireland (ROI) are classed as international orders.
Delivery timeframe
- Standard Delivery: usually in 10 working days (Monday-Friday), though this can vary considerably depending on the courier in the local geography.
Tracking your order
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a “Your Order Is On Its Way” email. If you haven't received this email check your spam / junk folders.
This email includes:
- Your 15-digit tracking number.
- A link to track your parcel via the courier's website.
- If you can't find the email, then you can track them here, but you'll need your order ID and email address.
Your Order Is Marked as Delivered, But You Don’t Have It
Couriers provide a proof‑of‑delivery photo, which can be really helpful in locating your parcel.
Before getting in touch, please double‑check the following:
Check with:
- Household members.
- Neighbours.
- Building security or concierge.
Check around your property, including:
- Porches.
- Sheds.
- Garages.
- Outbuildings.
- Behind bins.
- Under outdoor furniture.
- Behind plant pots or bushes.
Also check common shared areas (if applicable):
- Communal hallways.
- Communal stairwells.
- Shared parcel shelves.
- Shared mail rooms.
- Shared lobbies.
And review any pre‑agreed safe places you’ve set with the courier in the past.
If You Still Can’t Find Your Parcel
If you’ve checked everywhere and the delivery still isn’t accounted for, please contact our Customer Services team.
Important
Please report any delivery issues within 2 weeks of your expected delivery date, as after this date we're not able to investigate.
