If you’re not happy with something you purchase from us, you can return it to us for free within 28 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact for lingerie, and all seals intact for toys and accessories.
- Items bought as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
There are a few things we can’t refund:
All sex toys, where the packaging/box has been opened or the security seal removed or broken, unless the item has been returned to us and on inspection is found to be damaged or faulty and is still within warranty;
- Lingerie, which has been worn, or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been damaged or removed;
- Hosiery, which has been worn or where the seal is broken;
- Products where the packaging states that the item cannot be returned if the packaging is open or has been tampered with;
- Items purchased as part of a set or promotion, but which have been returned separately or as an incomplete set;
- Face coverings, earrings and other pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

In-Store Returns
- You can also return items for a refund or exchange at your nearest Ann Summers store.
- Make sure to bring your original payment card and proof of purchase which is your order confirmation email
- If you have lost your receipt or can't locate your order confirmation email, you’ll be offered an exchange at the current selling price, as long as the items are returned in their original condition. If you can’t find an alternative item in-store, we’ll issue a refund giftcard which can be redeemed in stores only, unfortunately, they cannot be used to make online purchases.
- If you’ve paid online using Clearpay, Klarna or PayPal, we can only offer you a like-for like-exchange (alternative size or colour). The same applies if you purchased through one of our Consultant's websites. If you’d prefer a refund, you’ll need to send your items back to our warehouse.
Direct Supplier Returns
If you have purchased Ann Summers products through another retailer, your refund policy and process might be slightly different. Please refer to the retailer’s website for more information on how to return your items for a refund. You can also find additional information here.
