If you’ve made a mistake at checkout and there's an issue with your delivery address, please see below for the available options:
- Divert your parcel using the EVRi app to arrange delivery to different address, a ParcelShop or Locker.
- We can ask the courier to 'Return to Sender'. This means the courier won't attempt delivery and instead, they'll return it back to us. Please click here for the all the information.
- Alternatively, you can take receipt of the parcel and arrange a return using our free returns service.
Please be advised that if the order is delivered to the address provided on the order and we have proof of delivery, we may be unable to refund you.
Once the order is received back at our warehouse, we'll process a refund for you. Please note, it can take up to 20 working days for your order to be received, processed and refunded.
