How Bank Holidays Affect Delivery Estimates
- Our checkout will always show an estimated delivery date.
- This estimate automatically takes bank holidays and any other non‑working days into account.
- You’ll always see the most accurate timeframe available at the moment you place your order.
Do Couriers Deliver on Bank Holidays?
- Most couriers do not attempt delivery on a bank holiday.
- Some local courier partners may still choose to deliver, but this can vary by area.
- It’s a good idea to keep an eye on your tracking updates, as they’ll show any changes as soon as they happen.
Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?
We know fast delivery can be important, so here’s how this works with Ann Summers.
- Same day delivery is not currently available for orders placed directly on AnnSummers.com.
- However, we do offer an alternative option through our partner Deliveroo in selected areas.

Orders to an address outside of the UK or Republic of Ireland (ROI)
