Who is your Irish Returns partner, Drop2Shop?
We've partnered with Drop2Shop, a returns service for customers in the Republic of Ireland, which allows you to return your item/s via participating convenience stores including Spar, Mace, and Londis.
How do I return my items using Drop2Shop?
- Complete the Returns Form you received with your order and choose a reason for your return. If you no longer have your returns form, download a new one below.
- Package up your items (labels, tags and seals intact) with the returns form in the bag or box your order came in, a returns bag, or a suitable alternative.
- Click here to purchase your returns postage via Drop2Shop. They'll send you a QR code to your mobile phone or by email.
- Take your parcel to your nearest participating convenience store, where they'll scan your QR code. (Don't forget to ask for proof of postage, just in case your return goes missing on its way back to us.)
What does the Drop2Shop fee include?
Included in the price is your customs paperwork. Drop2Shop will sort all of this for you, so all you need to do is book your return and drop your parcel off at your nearest participating convenience store and they'll do the rest.
Can I track my return?
Your return will be tracked from your chosen convenience store to Ann Summers' depot in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Click here to track your return. Once your return has reached Belfast, unfortunately there's no further tracking information available for its journey back to our Warehouse:
- Please allow 5 working days from the time your parcel arrives in Belfast to be returned to our warehouse in England, and a further 5 working days for us to process your return.
- The first notification you'll receive from us is when we've processed your return, up to 10 working days after your return reached our Belfast depot.
