It’s a safe space for our customers to connect other members who are as serious about the pursuit of pleasure as you.
This new community platform allows you to share insight in discussion groups, ask questions and see what everyone is talking about. You can also take part in missions to earn rewards and gain a higher status in the Fann Summers community.
We'll also give you the opportunity to become ‘Member of the Month’, test products, form part of product development team, earn VIP exclusives and much more!

How do I join Fann Summers?
To be part of the Fann Summers community you’ll need to sign up here. You’ll be redirected to annsummers.com and if you already have an account registered with us, you can use this to log in to Fann Summers.
If you haven’t got an account with us already one already, you can register for one.
Once you’ve registered, or logged in to your existing account, you should be redirected back to the community website as a signed in user. Once signed in, you’ll be asked to accept the community Terms & Conditions.
How do I apply to be a product tester?
Want toys to test ahead of other customers? Yeah you do! Head to the 'Try products for free!' page and complete the form to be in with a chance of becoming one of our product testers!
How do I advance to the next experience status?
Fann Summers members can earn rewards by receiving carrots (points) for completing various missions on the community. As you complete missions, your carrots total with accumulate and you’ll be able to level up your profile and earn rewards. Users can go from Bronze Bunny, Silver Sensation to Gold Gem status.
You can view your total in your dashboard, as well as your profile. Your progress bar will also show you how far off you are from the next level.
You can view the missions available to you by going to the ‘My Missions’ page.
Some missions are automated and will update as soon as you have met the qualifying criteria. Other missions require you to submit evidence to receive your carrots, so make sure you read the instructions carefully.
What rewards can I earn?
Benefits of joining and participating in the Fann Summers community will include receiving rewards for completing missions and moving up the levels. Most of these will be money-can’t-buy rewards like access to exclusive events, behind-the-scenes access at shoots, becoming a product tester or gaining a higher status in the community.
From time-to-time community members may receive discount codes for offers which can be used online or in store.
The discount code will be sent directly to your Fann Summers inbox with an email sent to notify you of this message (if you’re subscribed)
You would be able to use the code online at checkout, just be sure to check the time period of usage (either 24 hours or 7 days to redeem) this will be stated on the inbox message along with details on product lines the discount is applicable to e.g. 15% off toys for 7 days.
To redeem in store, simply head to your local store and show our colleagues your Fann Summers inbox message with the offer code.
*These offers will vary every month and will depend on the user’s status level and activity.
How do I view my carrots total and any rewards I've earnt?
As soon as you complete missions, you’ll earn the carrots associated with that mission. The progress bar will show you how far off you are from the next level.
Fann Summers admin will message you directly to inform you of your rewards for the month prior. Rewards are given in arrears on every 1st day of the month (or nearesrt workign day following this).
There will be surprise and delights (spot prizes) given at any time for completing special one-off missions.
How do I flag inappropriate posts or messages?
As a member of our Fann Summers community we hope that you will find all member content and feedback inspiring and engaging.
If you come across something from another member that you find inappropriate, distressing, or offensive then please flag this to us by selecting the ‘report’ button. Our Community admin team will ensure any inappropriate content is removed from the platform as soon as possible.
If you no longer wish to receive communication from a user and want to stop them from being able to view your profile or community activity, use the ‘block’ option on their profile.
How do I leave a review?
If you have recently made a purchase on AnnSummers.com, then you should receive an email asking you to review your new product(s), you can follow the link on the email to leave your feedback.
If you would prefer, you can go directly to AnnSummers.com, search the name of the product you purchased and on the product description page, write a review there.
Leaving product reviews is one of the key missions on Fann Summers, so make sure you earn yourself plenty of carrots by doing so!
I’ve forgotten my Fann Summers password, how do I reset it?
Your Fann Summers profile is linked to your account on AnnSummers.com. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here by entering the email address you registered with. We'll email you with further instructions on how to retrieve your login details.
How do I unsubscribe from Fann Summers emails?
If you no longer wish to receive Fann Summers communications, please select the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of your latest email. This automatically unsubscribe you from receiving any further communications from the Fann Summers community.
Please note, if you are also subscribed to receive communications from Annsummers.com, unsubscribing from Fann Summers emails will not automatically stop you receiving these. To unsubscribe to emails from Annsummers.com, follow the instructions here.
Why can’t I redeem my discount code?
Any discount codes awarded to community members will be sent to you directly via your Fann Summers community inbox. Discount codes given via Fann Summers will have an expiry date, so please check the time period given.
Discount codes may only be applicable to specified products or lines, check your Fann Summers reward message for details on this.
