All Ann Summers items, purchased via Boots.co.uk, are delivered via EVRi.
If your order hasn't arrived when you were expecting it to, please contact our Customer Services team so they can assist you.
Returns Policy
If you’re not happy with an item you've received, please refer to the Boots website for information on their returns policy.
How do I return items purchased on Boots.co.uk?
If you've purchased Ann Summers items through a 3rd Party website, like Boots.co.uk, please refer to the returns information on their website, or your delivery invoice.
Items purchased on Boots.co.uk must be returned to our warehouse in order for Boots to issue you a refund. See the instructions below on how to send your items back to us for FREE:
- Click here to visit the EVRi returns portal and generate a returns label.
- Select your preferred returns service (Collection, ParcelShop or Locker Drop off)
- Complete the returns form on the back of your original invoice. If you don’t have your original invoice, you can get a new returns form here.
- Package up your items, along with your returns form.
- Drop off your item at your chosen Locker/Parcelshop, or await your courier collection.
- EVRi will email you a confirmation and a copy of your returns label.
- Make a note of the tracking number in your returns confirmation, incase we need locate your return at any point.
Please note, returns to our warehouse can take up to 10 working days to be received. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll usually process this within 5 working days. You can track your return here.
If you haven't received a notification from Boots to say your refund has been received with 15 working days, contact our Customer Services team so they can assist you.
Can I return my order to an Ann Summers Store for a refund or exchange?
We're sorry, but Ann Summers items purchased via Boots.co.uk cannot be returned to an Ann Summers stores.
