If your package is too heavy or too large for Royal Mail to return to us, your parcel will be rejected by Royal Mail:

If you have multiple items to return from multiple orders, please make sure you return the items from each order individually in its own parcel, using the returns label provided with your order.

If you no longer have the returns label, download and print a new one here. We recommend you split your package into smaller parcels and downloading and printing a separate label for each one - try to do this by splitting the parcel by the original order number if you can.
