Standard Delivery - £3.99 (FREE over £40)

• Home Delivery or ParcelShop Collection
• Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered within 3 working days by EVRi. Choose to have your order delivered to your address, or an EVRi Parcelshop.
• We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, and the courier will email you with an ETA on the day of your delivery.
• You can track your delivery here.

For some UK postcodes including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and Northern Island, our Standard Delivery service may take up to 6 working days to arrive. For a list of postcodes effected click here.

Express Delivery - £5.95 

• Home Delivery or ParcelShop Collection
• Orders placed before 7pm will be delivered the next working day by EVRi.
• Choose to have your order delivered to your address, or an EVRi Parcelshop.
• We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, and the courier will email you with an ETA on the day of your delivery.

Click & Collect

• You can order online and collect from your local Ann Summers store for FREE.
• Order before 9pm for delivery to store within 3-5 working days.
• We'll email, or text you, when your order is ready for collection.
• To collect your order from store, you'll need to bring your order confirmation and identification in the name of the person the order is addressed to. This could be a credit/debit card, driving license, passport or a valid photo ID card.

Click & Collect is not available for in our Belfast, Blanchardstown, Cork, Dublin Henry St, Jersey and Wardour St stores.
