If your item is damaged or develops a fault and you bought it online, in-store or at one of our parties, you can return it to us if it was purchased within:
- Toys - 12 months
- Lingerie, nightwear, and fancy dress - 3 months
- Gift sets, novelty items and accessories - 3 months

You’ll need to include a completed returns form and copy of your receipt or delivery note. If it's found to be damaged or faulty and still within the relevant month of purchase, we’ll give you an exchange or refund, so remember to tell us which you’d prefer. Make sure you also keep a copy of the proof of postage for your records. Find out more about our Returns Policy here.
Alternatively, visit one of our stores when they reopen, and we’ll happily look at the product for you. If it’s found to be faulty or damaged and still within the relevant month of purchase, we’ll replace or refund it. Please note we’re unable to offer PayPal or Amazon Pay refunds in-store.
If you no longer have your receipt, we can only offer a replacement item or gift voucher to the current value of the product.
