If you're not completely satisfied with the items you've purchased online, you can return them to us via the following methods. 

• Returns with EVRi (Collection, Parcelshop or Locker)
• In-store returns

Please make sure to check our returns policy, before sending any items back to us.

Returns with EVRi - Collection, Parcelshop or Locker

Returning your items to us for a refund or exchange is FREE with EVRi. You can book a home collection or drop your parcel off at your local EVRi ParcelShop or locker. 

1. Visit our Returns Portal to select your preferred returns method.
2. Complete the returns form you received with your order. If you don’t have your original returns form, you can get a new one here.
3. Package up your items, along with your returns form.
4. Drop off your item at your chosen Locker/ParcelShop, or await your courier collection.
5. We’ll email you a confirmation and a copy of your return label.
6. Make sure to make a note of your returns barcode, should you need it in future.

In-store Returns

• You can take your items back to one of our Ann Summers stores for a refund or exchange. Find your nearest Ann Summers store here.
• Make sure to bring your original payment card and a proof of purchase - this can be your order confirmation email or delivery note.
• If you’ve paid online using Clearpay, Klarna or PayPal, we can only offer you a like-for-like exchange (alternative size or colour). The same applies if you purchased through one of our Consultant's websites. If you’d prefer a refund, you’ll need to send your items back to our warehouse.

How long do returns take?

Returns sent via EVRi can take up to 15 working days to be received and processed. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll usually process your refund/exchange within 5 working days. You can track your return here.

If you haven't received a notification from us that we've processed your return or exchange after 15 working days, you can get in touch with the courier directly to query the status of your return.

If you've returned an item in store, please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to be processed back to the original payment method.
